Character's Name: Nepeta Leijon
Character's Age: 6 sweeps (approx. 13 years)
Conditional:
Much like any other troll, Nepeta is entirely capable of living on her own, despite her age. The first portion of her life was spent in what are called "brooding caves", and she had to literally fight her way out of them into the world. From there she had her own home in which was raised by an animal guardian, Pounce de Leon, in place of a parent, as trolls never receive parental guidance. Nepeta has still done just fine without Pounce; she spent a month surviving a very dangerous game (Sgrub) without anyone looking after her aside from her friends. Even when her guardian was around, Nepeta still hunted on a daily basis and looked after herself. She'll do fine in the environment of Siren's Pull.
What form will your character's NV take? Something called a drawing tablet computer. (Three pictures for reference: one of the tablet, one of her using it, and one of the screen.)
Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities:
All trolls are nocturnal (with few exceptions), have grey skin, horns, and different blood colours. Nepeta's blood is olive, but unlike some other trolls, her blood caste doesn't give her psychic abilities. She's got a notably good sense of smell, but that is the full extent of it.
By the game Sgrub she's been assigned the title of Rogue of Heart. Though it's not made clear if her powers have been fully realised by Nepeta by the time the game is over, these powers would still reside within her. As a Rogue she acts as a thief who takes and distributes things for the greater good of her teammates—not too unlike Robin Hood, except it's not riches she's distributing. It is said that the Rogue enhances her teammates, with her stolen aspect, Heart. The element of Heart is comparable to the soul, or essence of being. So what she is capable of doing is strengthening others through the use of Heart.

People of the series have something called a "strife specibus" to which a specific sort of weapon has to be assigned before it can be used to fight with. Nepeta has clawkind, allowing her to fight with one of two claws that we know her to own. (At the time of her death, she's got the blue claw gloves equipped.)

Character Personality:
One of the most immediately apparent things about Nepeta is that she is cat-themed. She wears a partial costume with a cat-hat, tail, and paw-shaped shoes. She slips cat-puns into her speech whenever she's able—beclaws, purrfect, furget, pawesome, beautiyifful, etc. Her typing quirk (as all trolls have a distinctive way of typing that reflects their personalities) is to start all her messages with a two-mouthed cat face, modelled after her two-mouthed cat guardian. It looks like :33 < , but the expression occasionally changes to reflect her mood. The 33 comes up again whenever she says words like s33, gr33t, k33p, etc.
In addition to all that, Nepeta roleplays a feline anthromorph over messengers—one who desires to become a pouncellor, much like Nepeta herself. She often plays against Terezi's dragon character, though sometimes she plays with others; even Equius gets dragged into her roleplaying, despite his initial refusal (though she does her fair share of work at coercing him into it). Some other trolls go out and FLARP with one another in-person, but that style of roleplay is much more dangerous and Equius forbade her from it, which in the end likely saving her from being permanently injured.
Being somewhat naive, Nepeta's prone to making bad decisions when left to her own, but that's part of what Equius helps her out with. She and he are "moirails", which is a romantic role in troll society in which the two trolls involved balance one another out and essentially put an end to one another's bad decisions and attitudes. They respect and understand one another's personalities very well; Nepeta pacifies him and forces him to be a little more playful while he pushes for her to be more serious and ladylike and decides some things for her that she would otherwise jump recklessly into. This doesn't mean they're always nice to one another—Nepeta calls him lame, weird, creepy, gross, and claims he sucks at things he tries hard to be good at (though admittedly does suck at). He calls her out on her own faults, and for that they've actually got a very healty morallegiance.
Despite the overall negative attitude that troll often exude, Nepeta is mostly playful, friendly, and positive. She pounces on people like a cat, draws pictures and comics, and often acts generally silly. Nepeta tries to draw out a more positive side of people (this is likely partially due to her title as the Rogue of Heart, explained above), taking conversations in a calmer route when they could turn violent or unpleasant, even when it's just roleplay. Because of this attitude she often disregards how mean some others are towards her, acting ignorant to it when she often isn't.
One of Nepeta's favourite things to do is speculate the romantic situation of her friends. She draws fanart of them, keeping a shipping chart of things she believes to be canon and pairs she believes may have a chance. She also includes her OTP amongst those, despite how embarrassed she'd be if someone else found out about it — because it's Karkat♥Nepeta. She's had an obvious crush on him for ages, and she died without ever having said anything to him about it.
Nepeta's shipping wall - at least, back when she still lived in her cave, was painted with the blood of the animals she hunted. Her daily routine used to include going outside and killing animals for food, pelts to wear, and blood to paint with. Fighting and killing is not beyond her, despite her friendliness. Her last act before her death was to make an attempt on another trolls life, after she saw him killing Equius.
Character Plans: Nepeta's going to be meeting back up the friends of hers that she knows to be dead - especially Equius. For a while she'll be really mad towards about certain trolls (read: Gamzee), though she'll enjoy the opportunity to socialise with new humans and whatever other species she's unfamiliar with. She'll be particularly pleased to start shipping them all and applying troll romance to her ships, once she adjusts to life there, though she also fancies the idea of trying to understand human romance, and will take a shot at shipping that too.
